Terms of service

These terms cover the website nanolabshq.com, NanoLabs Access and the India Tax & GST Helper ("the Service"), provided by Mercury Online Solutions Pvt Ltd (CIN U72900DL2010PTC204781), registered office A-403, Hind Apartments, Plot No. 12, Sector 5, Dwarka, Delhi 110075, India, under the brand NanoLabs HQ ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

The India Tax & GST Helper provides estimates and convenience documents: income-tax regime comparisons, HRA exemption, TDS estimates, GSTIN format checks, HSN/SAC reference and GST invoice generation. NanoLabs Access runs automated accessibility and page-speed checks on public web pages. Both are used through AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude.

2. Not professional advice

Nothing in the Service is tax, legal, accounting or investment advice. Rates and rules change, and results can be wrong or out of date. Check with official sources or a Chartered Accountant or GST practitioner before you file, pay, deduct tax or issue any document. You are responsible for what you file or issue.

3. Accessibility and speed checks

NanoLabs Access runs automated tests. Automated tests catch only some accessibility issues, and results can include false positives. A report does not certify a website or mean it meets any law or standard (such as the ADA, the European Accessibility Act or WCAG), and it is not legal advice. Check only websites you own or are allowed to test.

4. Invoices and GSTIN checks

Generated invoices are convenience documents based on the data and rates you provide. They are not e-invoices (no IRN/QR) and do not replace statutory compliance. A GSTIN check is offline and does not prove that a GSTIN is registered or active.

5. AI assistant output

Your AI assistant writes the text around our results; only the figures and documents returned by our tools come from the Service. Check both.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service unlawfully, to create fake or fraudulent invoices, to probe or attack websites you are not allowed to test, or to disrupt or overload it. Do not submit Aadhaar, PAN, card or bank details, passwords, OTPs or health information.

7. Price and availability

The India Tax & GST Helper and the NanoLabs Access free tier are free. Paid NanoLabs Access plans are not on sale yet; their terms and prices will be shown before you buy. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or stop it at any time.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for penalties, interest, tax differences or claims about a website's accessibility arising from your use of the Service.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts having jurisdiction over our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction.
